Ilex crenata 'Dark Green' is an evergreen shrub with green leaves which is very robust. This shrub has deep-green, convex shaped leaves. It is ideal for topiary and can be clipped into different shapes or can be pruned easily to manage its size if you're limited on space.
The plant can grow to a maximum height of 400cm and a maximum width of 300cm. It is ideal for hedging, screens and garden edging.
This plant likes to be in full sun or partial shade and in moist soil that is well-drained.
